On 29 December 2009 the zoning permit decision took legal effect.
On 13 March 2010 the building permit took legal effect.
In April 2010, advance sales will be officially launched by means of reservation contracts.
Construction is planned to start in the last quarter of 2010 with completion expected in the third quarter of 2012.
