Guarantee of Project Quality
Having a great plot of land, an excellent location and good architects is an exemplary foundation, but for a project "without compromise", it's not enough. The goal of our developer group is to additionally provide unsurpassed quality in all areas of the project's realisation. In practice, this means:
- First, we work only with the best companies in a given field; the selection criteria include not just the price of a service, but also in particular the company's quality, expertise and responsible approach.
- Second, we use exclusively high-quality materials; here, too, the selection criteria include not just a product's price, but also its usability, quality, service life and the warranty provided. This concerns not just the visible parts of the structure which are sold (windows, doors, floors, bathroom furnishings, etc.), but especially also those parts of the structure that remain hidden from view yet have a determinative influence on the project's overall quality (foundation, load-bearing construction, waterproofing, thermal and acoustic insulation, etc.).
- Third, each process is repeatedly verified with a personal inspection. It's not about always getting everything right; rather, it's about discovering potential problems in time and resolving them – and checking and re-checking until everything is flawless. That's why it's essential to have every process – and even the best company – screened by experts (auditors, specialists, technical oversight representatives, quality surveyors, etc.). Especially important issues are even assessed by multiple independent experts.
- Fourth, we will provide a premium 5-year warranty on apartments purchased in advance. Because we know the quality of our work, we don't have a problem with providing a special extended warranty for 5 years on apartments purchased in advance.
Simply put, we approach the project as if we were building it for ourselves. Everything is subordinated to the goal of having satisfied clients even after the warranty period is over – and even if that means reducing our profit.
