Client Modifications
Options for client modifications
partments are sold according to a standard design. After the Agreement on a Future Purchase Contract is concluded and the first instalment is paid, client modifications may be requested. In principle, any modification can be made if it is technically possible, legal and can be implemented in a timely manner with respect to the current stage of the project. The design, business and administrative processing of client modifications (preparation of modifications) is free of charge.
Types of client modifications
Depending on the complexity of the change to the standard design of the apartment, client modifications are divided to standard and non-standard modifications.
1. Standard client modifications
- changes to floor and wall tiling
- changes to water fixtures (sink, bath, shower and bidet fixtures) without changes to water and sewage lines
- changes in door types within the same door category (turning, sliding), size and opening
- changes to wooden floors
- changes in switch and outlet types
2. Non-standard client modifications
- changes to the layout of the bathroom or WC requiring changes to pipes or wiring
- changes to the layout of the apartment (internal walls and doors)air conditioning
- exterior window shades
Implementation of client modifications
Client modifications can be implemented only by the developer’s exclusive suppliers. The modification will be prepared on the basis of an advance instalment for its implementation. The amount of the instalment will be commensurate with the extent of the client modification. The implementation of the client modification itself will be carried out after an amendment is concluded to the Agreement on a Future Purchase Contract.
